How it gets done

Anybody else out there who writes Paranormal Romance with children? Thats what I seemed to be forced to do.

While trying to help my characters get their groove on, if you know what I mean, I have to fend off little helpful fingers and refree the teenager and the preteen.

To say its all distracting and somewhat akward would be an understatement.

No I can not just go into another room and close the door. I’m a full time stay at home mom in a tiny house, there is no other room.

I was just hoping that I was hoping that maybe I wasnt the only one in this predicament?

Maybe?

Hopefully?

Anybody?

Oh well, I’ll keep plugging away at it anyway, trying to keep focused as best I can between fetching snacks and keeping the peace.

Who am I kidding, there is no peace with a teenager and even less with a preteen and then you add a tween?

Best case scenario is they don’t look look at my screen when the characters finally get to do the wild monkey goose chase.

Wish me luck.

I hope everybody had a good christmas I know we did.

I enjoy creating and writing fantasys, turning them into full fledged novels inbetween helping my kids with home work and chasing after my three year old, almost four now. I love the rain, the sound and smell as it patters against the roof of my house. I love helping animals although I'm not a foster dog or cat mom as I would never have the heart to rehome them. I have an Emotional Support Dog, a queensland heeler who resembles a potato more than a dog and two cats, one for my oldest and one for the rest of them. I am the slave of two green cheek conures who keep me distracted and make it difficult to get anything done. I manage in my own little way to keep chugging along. There always seems to be more madness than method to go around.
